Hot Smoked Trout
Before being smoked the whole fish are marinaded in a brine solution which contains organic lemon juice, salt, and Garlic. When the brine curing is complete the fish are dried then smoked in our Afos Smoker, being roasted at the same time. After smoking the fish are filleted and the fillets are vacuum packed to retain their wonderful flavour.
Hot Smoked Trout is delicious with a salad and does not need to be cooked although it can make the basis of a wonderful stir fry
