Visiting the Soil Association website is an excellent place to start. If you can meet their rigorous organic food standards you will be certified to use their recognised Soil Association symbol, which will prove your organic integrity status to your customers. The Soil Association’s organic food regulations will be those set down by EU law and you will be inspected by the Soil Association on a yearly basis.
